Description
Vleuel is the Afrikaans word for wing – and that was precisely the main feature for this beautiful range. The Rietbron crafters are in charge of the Vleuel angels, since they are the crochet experts at the Angel Factory. They are also the masters behind the 3D-wing, which we often call «the Gardi wing», because Gardi was the first angel to have this crochet 3D-wing, which now have become a signature feature.
Since our medium 3D crochet wing angels has become so popular, in 2023 we decided to add a smaller version of the Veuel range. The wings are the same as the Guardian Angel but, crocheted in various colours, using fine coated cooper wire. The shape of the wing is also different from any other of the angel family members.
But this year something unexpected happened, without us noticing from the start: A new range has come alive, because there are some young angels who like to hang out together…, Please welcome our Friendship range!
Maria means ‘the wished for’, Marlene means ‘the one who sees perspectives’ and Olaf means ‘the ancestor’s heritage’.
